Designed for the production and repair of concrete and reinforced concrete structures
Suitable for heated floors
Excellent mechanical and climatic durability
High resistance to aggressive environments
Water and frost resistant
Preparation:
The substrate or formwork must not be frozen.
The substrate must be firm, stable, and free of cracks.
Clean the substrate from less durable and/or removable layers.
Particularly dense and/or smooth substrates should be treated with abrasive material.
Highly absorbent surfaces should be primed with SAKRET BG or SAKRET UG primer (diluted at a ratio of 1:3).
Especially smooth concrete surfaces should be primed with SAKRET QG primer.
Mix SAKRET BF in a clean container with cold water (use warm water in winter conditions) until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed.
Follow all preparation conditions for SAKRET BE specified on the product packaging.
After a maturation time (~3 minutes), mix again.
When pouring, use non-absorbent or weakly absorbent formwork.
In reinforced concrete structures, ensure adequate cover for the reinforcement.
For large horizontal structures, observe the intervals for deformation joints.
Treat formwork with formwork oil.
Place concrete evenly in the formwork and compact it.
Apply the concrete at the required layer thickness, compact, level, and smooth.
Do not fill deformation joints with concrete!
The temperature of the construction mixture during pouring must not be lower than +8°C.
After completion of the work, structures must be immediately covered, first with waterproofing material and then with insulating material, such as polyethylene film and mineral wool boards.
The temperature of any substrate or formwork must be such that the concrete does not freeze before reaching the critical or calculated temperature during hardening, minimum +5°C.
Use mortars with a class no lower than M5.
All bricks and blocks must be cleared of snow and ice before masonry.
It is recommended to perform a thermal calculation for the concrete structure (concrete cooling time, required insulation properties, concrete laying temperature).
Above +5°C, anti-frost additives act as hardening accelerators.
Technical data refer to a temperature of +20°C and a relative humidity of 50%. Lower temperatures increase, while higher temperatures decrease the indicated values.
Protect the mixture during the curing phase from sunlight, drafts, and excessively high temperatures (>30°C).
Protect fresh mortar from rain and excessive drying.
Once the mortar begins to set, do not add water!
Immediately after preparing the mortar, wash containers and tools with water.
Hardened mortar can only be cleaned mechanically.
Contains cement, reacts alkaline.
Protect skin and eyes, and adhere to technical instructions. If the mortar gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
Protect packaging from weather influences, store on wooden pallets in a cool, dry place, and immediately cover opened packaging.
