Application Instructions:

• The surface must be firm, stable, and free from cracks.
• Clean the surface of any loose or non-adhering layers.
• Treat especially dense and/or smooth substrates with abrasive material.
• Follow all preparation conditions for SAKRET BH as indicated on the material packaging.
• Use non-absorbent or weakly absorbent formwork when pouring.
• Ensure adequate cover for reinforcement in reinforced concrete structures.
• For large horizontal structures, observe the intervals for deformation joints.
• Treat formwork with formwork oil.
• Pour concrete evenly into the formwork and compact it.
• Apply the mix at the required thickness, compact, level, and smooth it.
• Do not fill deformation joints with concrete!
• Technical data refer to a temperature of +20°C and 50% relative humidity. Lower temperatures increase, while higher temperatures decrease the specified values.
• Protect the mix during the curing phase from sunlight, drafts, and excessively high temperatures (>30°C).
• Shield fresh mortar from rain and rapid drying.
• Once the mix begins to set, do not add water!
• Immediately after mixing, wash containers and tools with water.
• Cured mortar can only be removed mechanically.
• Contains cement; reacts alkaline.
• Protect skin and eyes; follow technical instructions. If mortar gets into eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
• Protect packaging from weather conditions; store on wooden pallets in a cool, dry place. Immediately cover any damaged packaging.
