Albau Corner Profile with Glass Fiber Mesh for ETICS

The Albau Corner Profile with Glass Fiber Mesh is designed for reinforcing and protecting corners, edges, and window and door reveals in ETICS thermal insulation systems.

The integrated mesh supports secure embedding into the base coat, while the profile helps create straight, durable corners and reduces the risk of hairline cracks and mechanical damage.

Installation instructions:

1. Apply mortar to the insulation layer.

2. Position the profile on the corner of the insulation board.

3. Press the profile into the mortar.

4. Align it using a spirit level.

5. Press the side mesh into the mortar.

6. Remove excess mortar outside the mesh and level it with a trowel.

7. Cover the entire profile and mesh with mortar.

Conditions of use:

• Installation air and surface temperature: +5°C to +30°C

• Do not install below +5°C or above +30°C

• Protect the profile from direct sunlight and weather exposure throughout installation

• Keep protected until the final layer is fully dry
