PVC Arch Corner Bead for ETICS

The PVC Arch Corner Bead is designed for forming, reinforcing, and protecting curved corners and unusual shapes in ETICS systems, especially inner arch curves.

Its flexible construction allows gradual shaping to the required arch radius. Perforations on both sides improve adhesion to the leveling compound, while the profile crease supports smooth and accurate plaster finishing.

Installation instructions:

1. Before installation, trim the glass fiber mesh between the sections on the arch side up to the top of each section.

2. Adjust the trimming frequency according to the radius of the arch.

3. Apply construction adhesive or leveling compound to the installation area.

4. Position the profile along the edge of the arch.

5. Adjust the profile according to the required plaster thickness.

6. Shape it gradually and evenly to match the arch radius.

7. Press the profile firmly into the pre-applied leveling compound.

8. Reinforce the trimmed glass fiber strips with the ETICS facade mesh.

9. Alternatively, reinforce them with diagonal glass fiber strips measuring 20 × 30 cm.
