  • Application: Restoration of masonry and plaster on historical buildings.
  • Type: Lime-cement plaster for renovation work.
  • Compatibility: Suitable for weak and porous substrates.
  • Vapor Permeability: High water vapor permeability.
  • Reinforcement: Reinforced with polypropylene fibers.
  • Cement Content: Does not exceed 8%.

Preparation:

  1. Surface Condition: The surface to be renovated must be dry and free from dirt, grease, lichens, and paints.
  2. Coating Removal: Alkyd-based coatings should be removed mechanically from the entire surface.
  3. Joint Cleaning: Gaps and brick masonry joints should be thoroughly cleaned of atmospheric dirt.
  4. Loose Parts: Remove loose parts until reaching the firm layer of the surface.
  5. Cracked Materials: Cracked and heterogeneous materials should be separated mechanically or with a high-pressure washer.
  6. Salt-Damaged Plaster: The old plaster layer damaged by salts should be cleaned to 1m above the upper line of efflorescence.
  7. Pre-treatment: Treat the old plaster with primer SAKRET TGW.
  8. Material Consistency: SAKRET HM 10 is a loose consistency material.
  9. Mixing: The plaster can be prepared with a mixer, concrete mixer, or using SAKRET SERVISS equipment for plaster preparation and application.
  10. Mixing Time: Mix for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
  11. Layer Thickness: From 5 to 20 mm (single layer thickness 5-12 mm).
  12. Prohibitions: Do not add lime, cement, or additives to improve the properties of the concrete mixture to the dry mix.
  13. Equipment Condition: Do not use dirty equipment or store opened bags under unsuitable conditions for plaster preparation.
  14. Technical Data: The technical data applies to a temperature of +20°C and 50% relative humidity. Lower temperatures increase, while higher temperatures decrease the indicated values.
  15. Curing Phase: Protect the plaster during the curing phase from sunlight, drafts, and excessive temperatures (>30°C).
  16. Fresh Mortar Protection: Protect fresh mortar from rain and rapid drying.
  17. Water Addition: Once the mortar begins to set, do not add water!
  18. Cleaning Tools: Immediately after preparation, wash containers and tools with water.
  19. Cured Mortar: Cured mortar can only be removed mechanically.
  20. Safety Precautions: Contains cement, reacts alkaline. Protect skin and eyes, and follow technical instructions. If mortar comes into contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
  21. Storage Conditions: Protect the packaging from weather effects; store on wooden pallets in a cool, dry place. Cover opened packages immediately.
