Details:

  • Type: Fast-setting.
  • Application: For floor installation (3 - 20 mm).
  • Self-leveling: Suitable for leveling full and partial horizontal surfaces.
  • Base: On concrete substrates.
  • Heating: Usable on heated substrates.
  • Composition: Cement-based.
  • Usage: Before applying a finishing layer.

Application:

  • Surface Preparation:

    • Ensure the substrate is dry and solid, with all cracks and voids filled.
    • Clean the substrate from weak or removable layers.
    • For absorbent surfaces, prime with SAKRET UG (diluted 1:2).
    • Very dry and absorbent surfaces should be primed twice.
    • This material can be used on concrete and other mineral substrates.
    • DO NOT USE SAKRET NSP on gypsum or anhydrite substrates!
    • When using SAKRET NSP on heated floors, turn off heating 5 days prior and do not turn it back on for 28 days after installation.
  • Mixing:

    • Mix SAKRET NSP in a clean container with cold water until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is achieved.
    • It is recommended to use a mixer with 600 RPM.
    • After a maturation time of approximately 3 minutes, remix.
    • Do not dilute material that has started to set with water; instead, remix with a mixer.
  • Application:

    • Apply the mixture to the surface (layer thickness >3 mm) and level with a spike roller.
    • Deformation joints in the floor should not be filled with the leveling compound.
    • When leveling the substrate, a cushioning material should be incorporated around the perimeter.
    • When using this material for large-scale floor leveling, it is essential to adhere to the intervals for floor deformation joints.

Important Notes:

  • Technical data applies at +20°C temperature and 50% relative humidity. Lower temperatures increase, while higher temperatures decrease the specified values.
  • Protect the leveling compound during the curing phase from sun, drafts, frost, and excessively high temperatures (>25°C).
  • Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
  • Contains cement; reacts alkaline. Protect skin and eyes, and follow technical instructions. If material gets into eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
  • Protect the packaging from weather effects, store on wooden pallets in a cool, dry place, and immediately cover opened packaging.
