OAD Elastic Primer / Primer Before Waterproofing

OAD ELASTIC PRIMER - Primer for Surface Treatment Before Applying SAKRET OAD ELASTIC Waterproofing

• Suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, and sanitary facilities.
• Improves adhesion of SAKRET OAD ELASTIC waterproofing to the surface.
• Strengthens the substrate.
• For tile adhesives, use SAKRET FKe, FKW, FFK, or FFKs.
• Usable on underfloor heating systems.

Application:

Surface Preparation:

• The surface must be dry and solid, with all cracks and voids filled.
• Clean the surface from less stable and/or removable layers.
• For stable and dense surfaces, dilute the primer with clean, cold water in a ratio of 1:4. For wood, drywall, plywood, and similar surfaces, use undiluted!

Usage:

• Apply the product in a thin layer with a roller or brush and allow it to dry.
• The working and surface temperature must be at least +5º C.
• Before treating underfloor heating systems, turn off the heating at least two days prior to applying the primer.
• The surface is ready for further treatment after 1-2 hours (depending on drying conditions).
