For correcting defects in concrete substrates
For filling horizontal inter-panel joints
Frost and moisture resistant
Plastic during leveling; mechanically levelable
Suitable for heated floors
Accelerated initial curing time
Cement-based
Layer thickness: 10 - 60 mm
Tiles can be applied directly on surfaces leveled with SAKRET FS without additional leveling. If a thin-layer covering is applied on SAKRET FS, the surface must be additionally leveled with SAKRET NSP.
Application:
Surface Preparation:
The substrate must be dry and solid, with all cracks and voids filled.
Clean the substrate of less stable and/or removable layers.
Absorbent surfaces should be primed with SAKRET UG primer (diluted 1:2).
Dry and especially absorbent surfaces should be primed twice!
The compound can be used on concrete and other mineral material substrates.
Do not use SAKRET FS on gypsum or anhydrite substrates!
When using SAKRET FS on heated floors, the heating must be turned off 5 days prior and should not be turned on for 28 days after installation of the material!
Usage:
Mix SAKRET FS in a clean container with cold water until a homogeneous mass without lumps is achieved.
It is recommended to use a mixer at 600 revolutions per minute.
After the maturation time of approximately 3 minutes, remix.
Do not dilute the binding material with water but remix it with a mixer.
Pour the compound onto the surface (layer thickness >10 mm) and level it.
Floor deformation joints must not be filled with the leveling compound.
When leveling substrates, cushioning material should be incorporated around the perimeter.
When using the material for large-volume floor leveling, it is mandatory to observe the intervals of floor deformation joints.
Hardened mass can only be cleaned mechanically.
Instructions:
Technical data refer to a temperature of +20°C and a relative humidity of 50%. Lower temperatures increase, and higher temperatures decrease the specified values.
Protect the leveling compound during the curing phase from sunlight, drafts, frost, and excessively high temperatures (>25°C).
Contains cement, reacts alkaline.
Protect skin and eyes; follow technical instructions. If the compound gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
Protect the packaging from weather effects; store on wooden pallets in a cool, dry place; cover opened packaging immediately.
