BAK / Reinforcement / Adhesive Mortar for Insulation Boards

Details:

Application:

Reinforcing Insulation Boards:

• Apply SAKRET BAK on the insulation board in a smooth layer (up to 5 mm), use a notched trowel to spread it, embed the alkaline-resistant reinforcing mesh into the mixture, and smooth it with a flat trowel so that the mesh is completely covered with SAKRET BAK.
• If the insulation board is made of mineral wool, first apply SAKRET BAK directly to the surface of the board.

Bonding Insulation Boards:

• If the wall is flat (unevenness <10 mm/m), apply SAKRET BAK with a notched trowel (notch size - 12 mm) over the entire surface of the insulation board and attach it to the substrate.
• If the wall is uneven, apply SAKRET BAK on the edges of the insulation boards (~5 cm wide and 2 cm high) and place six dabs of material on the surface of the boards, then attach them to the wall.
• If the insulation board is made of mineral wool, first apply SAKRET BAK directly to the surface of the board.

Chemical Composition:

Cement, special inert additives, auxiliary materials, and additives to improve processing properties.
