Designed for the production of concrete and reinforced concrete structures.
Excellent mechanical and climatic resistance.
Water and frost resistant.
Preparation:
The surface must be firm, stable, and free of cracks.
Clean the surface of any less stable and/or detachable layers.
Particularly dense and/or smooth substrates should be treated with abrasive material.
Adhere to all preparation conditions for SAKRET BE specified on the material packaging.
Use non-absorbent or weakly absorbent formwork when pouring concrete.
Ensure adequate cover for reinforcement in reinforced concrete structures.
For large horizontal structures, observe the intervals for expansion joints.
Treat formwork with formwork oil.
Pour the concrete evenly into the forms and compact it.
Apply the mix at the required layer thickness, compact, level, and smooth it out.
Do not fill expansion joints with concrete!
Technical data applies at a temperature of +20°C and 50% relative humidity. Lower temperatures increase and higher temperatures decrease the specified values.
Protect the mix during the curing phase from sunlight, drafts, and excessively high temperatures (>30°C).
Protect fresh mortar from rain and too rapid drying.
Once the mix has begun to set, do not add water!
Immediately after mixing, wash out containers and tools with water.
Cured mortar can only be removed mechanically.
Contains cement; reacts alkaline.
Protect skin and eyes, and follow technical instructions. If mortar comes into contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
Protect packaging from weather effects, store on wooden pallets in a cool, dry place, and immediately cover any opened packaging.
