Cement-Based Concrete Mix

• Base: Cement
• Curing Time: Accelerated curing time.
• Applications: Suitable for the production and repair of concrete and reinforced concrete structures.
• Compatibility: Suitable for heated floors.
• Durability: Excellent mechanical and climatic resistance.
• Convenience: Particularly convenient for small concrete jobs (laying concrete and stone slabs, repairing or creating steps, foundation repairs, etc.).
• Garden Use: Convenient for concrete work in gardens and summer cottages (setting posts, creating curbs, securing railings, establishing playgrounds, etc.).
• Minimum Layer Thickness: 40 mm.
• Application: Suitable for hand and mechanized application.

Preparation:

Surface Preparation:

1. The surface must be solid, stable, and free of cracks.
2. Clean the surface of any unstable and/or detachable layers.
3. Roughen particularly dense and/or smooth surfaces with abrasive material.
4. Follow all preparation conditions specified for SAKRET BE-FIX as indicated on the material packaging.

Usage:

1. When pouring, use non-absorbent or weakly absorbent formwork.
2. Treat the formwork with formwork oil.
3. In reinforced concrete structures, ensure sufficient cover for the reinforcement.
4. For large horizontal structures, adhere to the interval for expansion joints.
5. Pour the concrete evenly into the formwork and compact it.
6. Apply the mixture to the required thickness, compact it, level it, and smooth it.
7. Do not fill expansion joints with concrete!
