FM / Water-Based Acrylic Facade Paint

Details:

Application:

• Mix the paint thoroughly before use
• Clean previously unpainted surfaces from dust, dirt, and salts using a wire brush or high-pressure sand-water jet
• Do not paint new concrete surfaces until at least 28 days have passed
• For previously painted surfaces, remove any flaking paint and prepare as you would for new surfaces
• Prime the surface with SAKRET FM G primer concentrate diluted with water in a 1:3 ratio. Apply enough primer to saturate the surface
• The first coat can be diluted with water (up to 10% of the volume)
• The siloxane in the paint provides optimal moisture protection while allowing high vapor permeability
• Avoid painting during strong winds. The air and surface temperature during painting and drying must be ≥+5°C, with relative humidity ≤80%

Technical Data:

• Chemical composition: water polymer dispersion, pigments, fillers, and additives
• Drying time at 23°C and 50% relative humidity: the surface can be repainted after 12 hours
