• Use:
  • For the installation of reinforced concrete elements.
  • To fill and repair vertical and horizontal joints of precast panels during building operation.
  • For anchoring equipment and structural bolts.
• Applications:
  • Suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.
  • Layer thickness from 3mm to 100mm (in formwork or for anchoring).
  • Can be applied manually or mechanically.

Application:

• Preparation:

  • The surface must be clean and mechanically sound.
  • Remove any less stable or detachable layers from the surface.
  • It is recommended to prime the surface with universal primer SAKRET UG (diluted 1:3) or construction primer SAKRET BG.

• Usage:

  • Mix the compound in a clean container with cold water until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed.
  • It is advisable to use a mixer with 600 RPM for mixing.
  • After a setting time of approximately 3 minutes, remix the compound.
  • Prepare only as much material as can be applied within 15 minutes.
  • The required amount of water is approximately 0.120 L/kg.
  • Apply the ready mixture to the surface using a trowel or metal float and smooth it out.
  • Do not add water once the mixture starts to set!
  • Protect fresh mixtures from rain and rapid drying.
  • Contains soluble hexavalent chromium Cr (VI) ions ≤0.0002%.
